BDC knows how important your privacy is. Here is how your data is handled.
What Personal Data Is Collected?
BDC may ask you to provide personal data in order to provide a service or information about a service. This may be collected through the website contact form, social media platforms or direct email. BDC may ask you to provide further information not laid out in the contact form fields.
Your collected personal data may include:
Contact details including name, address, billing address, email & telephone number
Payment or credit card information (if purchasing a design service)
The above data will not be shared with any third party. Your data is yours and yours only to share.
What is the collected data used for?
Your personal data as outlined above, is only collected when you contact BDC and is only used for contact purposes when there is an ongoing conversation between you and BDC.
How long do you keep personal data?
Your personal data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
This time period will differ and is dependant on the ongoing conversation between you and BDC or the service that is being provided by BDC. You can request to 'be forgotten' by BDC at any time by contacting at which point, all of your personal data held by BDC will be erased.
NB. If BDC is in the process of providing you with a design service, your personal data will be erased when the work is complete as agreed by both parties.
Will I receive marketing emails from BDC?
No. BDC does not send out marketing emails. BDC will only contact you in response to you contacting BDC first or as part of an ongoing conversation during the process of providing a design service to you.
What are Cookies and can i get a virus from them?
Cookies are small text files stored on a users computer or mobile device in order to track movements and actions on a website. Because they are text files, they cannot be used to infect your computer or mobile device with a virus or malicious software.
What types of Cookies does BDC use?
BDC uses the below cookies and they are stored on your device until they expire or until you delete them.
What if don't want cookies on my computer and how do i delete them?
If you don't want cookies to be placed on your device you have the option in your browser to turn them off. You can also delete them from your device.
Here's how you can control cookie settings on various browsers:
Click on the menu in Chrome .
Click Advanced at the bottom of the page
Under the Privacy and security section click the Content settings button
In the Cookies section you can amend the settings to allow cookies, remove all cookies, block third party cookies etc.

Select the Tools menu (ALT-X or cog icon in top right)
Select Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab
Move the slider to choose your preferred settings.
For further settings click on the Advanced button, check the Override cookie handling checkbox and modify the settings to suit your needs.

To amend the cookie settings, change the Firefox will dropdown in the History section to Use custom settings for history.

Choose the Safari settings menu
Click on the Privacy tab.
In the Block cookies section, you can choose whether your browser accepts or rejects cookies from websites.
If you want to see which websites store cookies on your computer, click Details.
If you set Safari to block cookies, you may need to temporarily accept cookies to open a page. Repeat the above steps, selecting Never in the “Block cookies” section. When you’re done with the page, block cookies again, and then remove the page’s cookies.
